We are an evangelical Anglican parish in the Diocese of Bathurst, with a mission of knowing Jesus and making him known.

We know Jesus by listening to his words to us in the Bible. This happens through expository Bible teaching in all settings: our Sunday gatherings, Bible study groups, Children’s programs and other activities which help us grow in our knowledge of, and love for Jesus. This teaching also shapes how we live, as we seek to apply what we learn from the Bible to our lives, with the Holy Spirit working in us.

We make Jesus known by sharing life with others in our community. As we do that, we share the joy and hope that the gospel brings to those who know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.

Service Times

At Christ Church Coonabarabran, cnr Dalgarno and Cowper Streets, 9:30am each Sunday, followed by morning tea. A Sunday School program for primary-school aged children is available most weeks during the service.
